Tyrone were struggling in their All-Ireland quarter-final against Dublin. That was until Owen Mulligan received the ball 45 metres from goal. He turned his marker, dummied past two defenders and slammed the ball to the roof of Stephen Cluxton’s net for one of the all-time great goals. Tyrone were back in the game, would win the replay and later that summer claim their second All-Ireland.
