Dublin played Cork in the 1905 All-Ireland championship final in October 1907 and it was at a new venue. The Athy Showgrounds saw Dublin come from behind to beat the Rebels 0-5 to 0-4 with 6’6” Kerryman Paddy Casey helping lead the charge for the capital men.
