FanPic Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your participation in eir and HuggityFanPic 'Photo', which enables you to tag yourself in a huge photograph of the crowd taken at the GAA All Ireland Senior Football Championship Semi Finals and/or All Ireland Senior Football Championship Final in Croke Park.

By browsing the gaa.eir.ie / Huggity.ie websites and submitting your email address and Facebook password to log on to the Huggity website in order to start tagging, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted these eir and Huggity Terms & Conditions.  You also consent for eir and Huggity to use your photograph as explained below.

If you do not agree to these Terms& Conditions please do not use or browse the Huggity website and Photo.

Whatis a FanPic and how does it work

Huggity will take a highly detailed picture of the crowd at Croke Park, ten minutes after the start of the GAA All Ireland Senior Football Championship Final. Several hundred photographs will be taken of all the people gathered in Croke Park for each of the games.  These photographs are then put together to create one huge 360o photograph – (the 'Photo').  On the day after each game the Photo will be uploaded on to the Huggity website with access via www.eir.ie/gaa  The Photo will be available to view online and allow possible tagging and sharing with a Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIN account.  The Photo will be live to view and tag for up to 6 days after each game.

What if I don’t want to be in the Photo.

Announcements and notifications will appear on the big screen in Croke Park at each of the games to advise when photographs will be taken to allow time for those who do not want to appear in Photo  to leave their seat for the duration of the photoshoot.   This should be no more than 10 minutes.  If after the event you want to remove your face from the photo, see ‘How can I remove or un-tag myself’.

Tagging Conditions

You can access the Huggity Photo via  www.eir.ie/gaa  by submitting your email address and Facebook password to log on.   To tag yourself you must be over 18 years of age or have appropriate consent from your parent or guardian.

You will be able to follow the link in that message to check the tagging and remove it if you do not wish to be tagged.

How  can I  remove or un-tag myself

We require those who tag their Facebook friends to obtain their prior consent to do so. Win / Lose / Draw T&C's -

Win / Lose or Draw affords users the chance to win tickets for the GAA All-Ireland Football final.

Players score points by correctly predicting the outcomes of upcoming games.

Points are awarded for correct match predictions. Bonus points are awarded to players who correctly predict the outcomes of the current round of matches.

eir reserves the right to alter the standard number of points allocated for correct predictions.

Points accumulate over time on provincial leaderboards. At the end of the provincial championship, the player on each leaderboard with the most points will be allocated a pair of tickets.

Players must select their county on registration or sign-in and may not change their selected county thereafter.

A draw is deemed to be any match that results in a replay. Otherwise, the match result on the day is the result that determines player points allocation for Win, Lose or Draw. Where a match incorporates a period of extra time, the score after the period of extra time is the result.

In the case where two or more players are in a tie, the player with the most bonus points over the duration of the Championship will be awarded the pair of tickets to the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final. Where players are still tied, a draw will take place.

Only one registered account per person is permitted for the purposes of playing Win, Lose or Draw. Players found to be participating using multiple account registrations will be disqualified.
